We want you to love every box.
Damaged Items
If items arrive damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos. We'll send replacements at no charge.
Missing Items
If your box is missing items, let us know within 14 days. We'll ship the missing items or provide store credit.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds for shipped boxes. If we can't deliver to your address, we'll issue a full refund.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through the Customer Portal. You'll receive all boxes through the end of your billing period.
